PED 106 : Aerobics

This course introduces a program of cardiovascular fitness involvingcontinuous, rhythmic exercise. Emphasis is placed on developing cardiovascular efficiency, strength, and flexibility andon safety precautions. Upon completion, students should be able to select and implement a rhythmic aerobic exerciseprogram.
