Liberal Arts - English Pathway
Program Location: All locations except for Brookley Field
Length: Four Semesters
The English Pathway is designed for those students who intend to transfer to a four-year college to complete a baccalaureate degree in English.

Semester One
History Elective
×All students must take at least one Literature course and one History course, with a second course to make a sequence in either Literature or History; for example, HIS 121 & 122 or ENG 271 & 272.

MTH 110 or more advanced
×Students must complete at least 3 semester hours in Mathematics at the Pre-Calculus Algebra or Finite Math level or higher.

Students should note that the following courses do not fulfill the Math Requirement: MTH116 Mathematical Applications, MTH231 Math for the Elementary Teacher I, and MTH232 Math for the Elementary Teacher II do not fulfill the Math requirement.
